The last Sovereignty workshop you had with us, had a profound impact on me. It made me aware of things and issues that I have ‘locked’ away, that came to the surface. Still can’t believe I had so much anger buried away. It was like a light bulb moment. It also made me realise that I am Sovereign over my energy. I’m trying hard and it is a bit challenging still but I am now aware of when my energy is “off centre”. I pick it up especially when I’m around certain people or surroundings. I always feel “off” or not grounded or disoriented afterwards... I learned through the workshop to pick up on things like this and to recognise when it happens. It’s almost like an awakening.
