Saturated

I am saturated. I had been a little frustrated with myself with so many beautiful online retreats hosted by friends and simply not having the mental capacity to take anything else in. I felt like I was missing out.


But then I realised that I was really tired and had been going through an intense period of letting go and transformation. The kind where I could only do the bare essentials. Nothing more. Like my dog's jersey: "Eat, Poop, Sleep, Repeat" :). I can feel some eye rolls coming my way ;).


There was absolutely no extra physical, mental or emotional energy at times. This coming from a Duracell Bunny (never say die kind of person). This was difficult at first, but it taught me to simply go with the flow and to stop planning & try to control everything. This was a HUGE lesson for me.


Going within and focusing on my self-care was my priority. Even going to get supplies was carefully planned so that I could go when places would be quiet. I was extremely sensitive to people's energy. More than usual. The only way I managed to go to the shops was by using my earphones and listening to high vibe music to help me get what I needed to and get back home. My energy is still limited at times as I need lots more time to nurture myself and this includes spending lots more time in nature. My mental clarity is also not all there yet, unless I need to work. It's a weird one, but I know that the Universe/God/Spirit has my back, like with all of us. I'm just staying with what is and allowing anything that surfaces or comes my way to simply flow through.


I'm starting to listen more to my body and energy and not ignore it as I've done before, when I thought there were things that "had" to be done. A saying that was imprinted in me, "no pain no gain" comes to mind. It is no longer valid in my life. Living in flow allows me to be in ease.


I would love to share some of the simple tools that I've gained over the years. I'll share some in my Facebook group, but I'll share some step-by-step video's in the private group Ceren Earth Haven. These will be basics like using the breath to bring us to the present moment (allowing us to let go of anxiety), simple ways to ground, how to keep our vibes high, using colour to aid us... and many more. I want to give back in a way that allows me to use what I'm passionate about. I've received so much from so many people and I feel like this would be one way I can "pay it forward". There's a lot that I don't know, so if there's anything that I or one of the group members can't assist with, I'll ask around to see if we can get assistance in some way.


I also want this group to be more like a community/family where we feel safe to be ourselves. Since the Covid-19 restrictions started, my online communities had helped me to realize that I'm not alone. We do not have to feel isolated. Yes, we have unique experiences, but often someone else experienced something similar and can share what helped them. Often I've found that these were the times I realised that others had gone through something similar. The advice is extremely helpful, but what's even more powerful is knowing that I was not alone. It is also a great space to simply share and get something off our chest.
